What's inside the ToolBank? Come find out.
Saturday, November 7th from 2-5 pm
Baltimore Community ToolBank - 1224 Wicomico Street
What happens when you fill a warehouse with tools, local beer, food, music, games, and the people making Baltimore better?
You get Hammers & Ales.
Come into the ToolBank and spend an afternoon celebrating the community organizations, neighborhood leaders, volunteers, and partners who share tools to make good things happen across Baltimore.
Come explore our warehouse, hear stories from the people putting our tools to work, enjoy a few local brews, and see what happens when community organizations have the resources to dream a little bigger.
Tickets are $45 (or 8 tickets for $270) and include food, beverage, and a great time!
-- Children under 10 attend for free (it's a family friendly event!) --
Why Hammers & Ales?
Because shared tools create shared strength.
In 2025, the ToolBank loaned tools to 285 community organizations for 1,730 community projects, providing an estimated $1.63 million in tool value back to Baltimore's nonprofit community.
That means money that might have gone toward buying, storing, and maintaining tools can instead go toward the things communities actually need: more plants for a garden, more supplies for a youth program, more resources for a neighborhood event, or more capacity to tackle the next big project.
Hammers & Ales is a chance to celebrate all of that—and the people who make it happen.
Your ticket helps keep the ToolBank's warehouse stocked, staffed, and ready for the next community project.
